YOUTH MISSION TRIPS

 

During the summer, youth participate in a mission trip.  In 2005 15 youth and adults went to PINE RIDGE, SOUTH DAKOTA.  In 2006, 17 youth and adults went to DELBARTON, WEST VIRGINA

The mission trip experience allows the youth to serve others in need by painting and cleaning houses and leading a children’s program called “Kids Club.”  While their efforts truly make a difference in the lives of those whom they serve, the biggest difference is in the youth themselves!

18 youth and adults traveled to Queens, New York July 26 - August 1 for the 2008 Youth Mission Trip. The group served in senior centers, summer camps, Kid’s Club, soup kitchens and the Salvation Army.
